Tasha Smith is a graduate of Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Counseling. She has been a member of The National Christian Counselors Association since 2012 and holds a Certification in Temperament Counseling. In addition she has been a Licensed Pastoral Counselor since 2015. Tasha worked in the medical field for many years as well as working closely with a nonprofit organization that dealt with life controlling issues. Prior to working in the counseling field she worked in banking for several years.
Tasha is originally from Alabama and is married to her best friend, Brian. They have one amazing son and 2 dogs. The family has attended LifePoint Church in Smyrna for the past 9 years where Tasha is part of the counseling program. She has homeschooled her son for the past 9 years and is a passionate advocate for the homeschool community.

Course Description/Outline/Objectives:
Proverbs 31 Girl is a 15-week Christian homeschool course designed to help teen girls grow in biblical character, confidence, and practical life skills. Rooted in Proverbs 31:10–31, students explore topics such as identity in Christ, wisdom, diligence, generosity, leadership, stewardship, relationships, and preparing for the future.
Each week includes Scripture study, discussion, memory verses, journaling, and hands-on creative projects that help students apply biblical principles to everyday life. The course encourages spiritual growth, servant-hearted leadership, and the development of strong Christian character.
