**Discipleship Tutorial**

Last updated: July 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Discipleship Tutorial website (discipleshiptutorial.com), the Discipleship Tutorial family portal (app.discipleshiptutorial.com), and related services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, enrolling your family, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

## 1. Who We Are

Discipleship Tutorial ("DT," "we," "us") is a Christ-centered homeschool tutorial meeting on Tuesdays at North Boulevard Church of Christ in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The Services support enrollment, class registration, communication, check-in, lunch and snack programs, and community life for our families, tutors, and staff.

## 2. Accounts and Eligibility

- Portal accounts are for parents/guardians of enrolled or applying families, and for DT tutors, staff, and approved volunteers.

- You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. Students access program features only through their parent or guardian's family account or under staff supervision.

- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@discipleshiptutorial.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

- Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date — especially emergency contacts, health information, and pickup permissions, which we rely on for student safety.

## 3. Enrollment, Fees, and Payments

- Registration fees, tuition, supply fees, and other program charges are described during registration and in our current family information materials. Enrollment is not complete until required fees are paid.

- Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting a payment you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. Bank (ACH) transfers that later fail will be reversed from the associated balance, and you remain responsible for the amount owed.

- Lunch and snack card balances are prepaid conveniences for use within the program. They are not bank accounts, earn no interest, and are not transferable outside your family. Balance adjustments, refunds, and withdrawal/refund timelines follow our current registration and withdrawal policies; contact the office with any questions.

- Returned payments, chargebacks, or repeated failed payments may result in suspension of ordering privileges until the balance is settled.

## 4. Program Participation

- Families agree to follow DT's handbook, volunteer commitments, and campus policies as published in the portal and family materials, which are incorporated into these Terms.

- We may update schedules, class offerings, tutors, and program details as needed to operate the tutorial well.

- DT may decline or end enrollment in accordance with its policies. Any refunds follow our published withdrawal and refund practices.

## 5. Acceptable Use of the Portal

You agree not to:

- Access or attempt to access another family's or person's information

- Share your login or use the Services on behalf of someone outside your family without permission

- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or inappropriate for a school community, including in the community board, classifieds, and sign-ups

- Use the directory or any contact information from the Services for commercial solicitation or bulk messaging

- Interfere with or attempt to circumvent the security of the Services

We may remove content or suspend portal access for violations of these Terms.

## 6. Community Content

Content you post in community areas (announcements, classifieds, comments, sign-ups) remains yours, but you grant DT permission to display it within the Services and use it to operate the program. You are responsible for what you post. Classifieds transactions are between families; DT is not a party to them and does not guarantee any listing.

## 7. Communications

By providing your contact information you consent to receive communications from DT related to your family's enrollment and the program — including email and, if you opt in, text messages.

- Text message frequency varies but is typically about once per week during the school year.

- **Message and data rates may apply.**

- Reply **STOP** to any text to opt out, or **HELP** for help. Opting out of texts does not affect essential email communications about your account.

- We do not share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

## 8. Photos and Yearbook

Student and family photos may be taken at program events and used in the yearbook and internal program materials, subject to the photo and directory preferences you set in the portal or communicate to the office.

## 9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including the portal software, design, and DT's name and logo, are owned by DT or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them outside the program without written permission. Curriculum and course materials remain the property of their respective owners and are for enrolled students' use.

## 10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep the portal accurate and online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and information (such as schedules or balances) may occasionally be corrected. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

## 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DT and its directors, staff, tutors, and volunteers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing alters any separately signed enrollment, liability, or medical authorization agreements between your family and DT.

## 12. Termination

You may close your account by contacting the office. We may suspend or terminate portal access for violation of these Terms or when a family is no longer enrolled. Sections that by their nature should survive (payments owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.

## 13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

## 14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
